Custom bumper

Firstly, I'm really glad the site is back up. Thanks to whoever did all the hard work.

Prior to the site going down there was a thread regarding the removal of the rear spoiler from an S3. Someone posted a picture of blue S3 with Ferrari taillights and different front bumper. Does anyone know where that front bumper came from?

Thanks
Greg

Hi Greg:

Here are the pics again. I've heard this is part Zender kit and part custom, but other than the taillights (Ferrari 308/328), I couldn't tell which is which. I like the rear much more than the front, as to me, the grille seems a bit too large in scale.

Dean,

Thanks for the pics. I agree the grille is a little large, but I still prefer it to a stock S3. I have a ‘91, but it seems I’m always looking for another Alfa.

Zender is/was a German company that made fiberglass body kits (bumpers, spoilers, etc.) for quite a few different types of cars, like BMW, VW, Alfa, etc., but I've got no idea if they're still in business.
