Radio and Cigar Lighter Wiring

The 86 Spider wiring is driving me nuts, there's no Accessory position on the Ign. switch and things that should be off when parked are on, and vice versa.

Specifically - I want the cigar lighter hot at all times to power phone, gps etc.

I planned to just swap the power from the radio to the cigar lighter - but now I don't know if that is adviseable.

I'd like radio to turn off when parked, but that may prevent me from listening to it when the car is not running. Worse yet someone might keep ignition switched on without starting the car to listen to the radio . I had serious problems from that once.

So maybe I'll just concentrate on the Cigar Lighter !

Is it safe for me to power the lighter off the wire to the radio? How about the wire to the timer for the interior lights?
