Replacement for those ugly black wheel stems

Ok, maybe this belongs under a different forum BUT....does anyone have a suggestion for what to use in place of those long ugly black wheel stems? Using the Turbina wheels, they just stick out something awful. Don't know that chrome stems look that much better, though. I haven't tried to paint them silver to blend in better but it's a thought. What do you others with those wheels use?

Talking ugly stems?

Well first of all there are 5 sizes of valve stems available for your application. If yours are sticking way out then perhaps they installed the wrong size. I believe the most correct for your application would be the short ones which are the "413" stems. You can go to most auto parts stores and find the chrome sleeved ones. You can pry the chrome sleeve off of the valve stem and put them on yours which will clean up the appearance. Hope this helps. If you cant find them I can probably send these out to you if you send me a padded sase.

Thanks,Tito.
Didn't know that they made so many different ones for those wheels.
I bet I have at least one that must be the longest type. Sticks out so far that you can't help but notice. It almost looks like it would get wiped out by a curb scrape...does make it easy to get to, though.
