LOL, trick questions considering you didn't give brand on the cyl head gaskets, nor did you indicate what type of 302 and yes, they had hydraulic and roller and mechanical, you don't fool me!

LOL Tifosi, very nice.
DD, I could care less how much you know about Ford or Chevys, to be honest.
If you want to go that route, I bet I know more about BMW 3 series than you do. Ha.
Either way, it is not Alfa related. I do not care if you own an Alfa. My mom owns a Pontiac, does that mean she knows it better than me? Get my point?

You're 18, when I was 16 I was adding a cam sprocket to one of the first BMW M3's in Ohio! That would've made you....4 years old....

Lest not forget, putting in the 5.0 pistons in backwards adds 5 more bhp...Google that!

Why would I care about that, or how is that relevant. I can peice parts together, does that mean I have a great understanding of those parts?
I do not care how old you are. That means not a thing to me.

Of course not, from what I was told last night, you can't even tell a 164 from a Milano Alfa, so that means what to what you know??!!

What? Dude, you have to be kidding lol. Was told? What is this, high school?
Anyway, (trying to figure out where he came up with that conclusion) A Alfa 164 is a front wheel drive. Either using the 2.5, or the 3.0 S line. I could be wrong on those engines.
The Milano is a RWD, the verde uses the 3.0, others use a 2.5. The transaxle is mounted in the back of the car. Correct me if I am wrong.
I want to know how you came to this conclusion, because even before I joined here, I knew the difference between the two, so I smell BS, much like many of your other post I have read.

I will be honest, I dont know what you guys call it.
Transaxle "split"
I guess I may not be the only one that refers to it as a transaxle.

Transaxle in this thread refers to the rear wheel drive family of transaxle gearboxes as used in the Alfetta's Milano's 75's etc...
Taken right from that thread.

I didn't ask about bhp, I asked about machining heads and lash setup.
C'mon, warm up those synapes and crap out something at least. I mean if you know more than anyone else here, it should be pie.
Bah, just carry on your merry way.
**
Sorry oldschooleuros.
I'll travel elsewhere so things don't get any further off tangent.

I'll carry on my merry way, hydraulics don't have lash fool and you're trying to compare a 351W or 351C to a 302 head, it is trickery.

lol Tifosi, its all good man.
DD, care to comment about everyone else calling the milano transaxle. Going to fight with everyone here?
As I said before, I think if you would have had good advice about my question, you would have answered it, you seem to like attention.
