87 Quad fuse question

Hello everyone,

I am getting my 87 ready for inspection. Right now the tail lights are not coming on when I turn the head lights on, one of the brake lights does not come on, and the license plate lights are out? Does anyone know which fuses go to these items? I have been looking at the wiring diagram from the shop manual for about 45 minutes and I figure it out. Papajam, if you read this, have you finished the diagram for this year Spider yet?

Thanks,
Andy

Andy, everything you wanted to know but were afraid to ask is in the L-jet page. See my signature block for the link to the whole page. Below is a snip.

Fuse Question

Andy after you check your fuses. Take your volt meter and check volts on entire circit.
1. battery + to - . _____
2. battery to terminal block under hood. _____
3. terminal block under the hood to fuse # 10 _____
4. fuse #10 to rear connector _____.
5. Rear connector to each light.
I would record each reading for both the ostive side and the negitive side. You can see where the problem is and what kind of resistance you have in the connections, lights or grounds. You can go through the same process for the licence plate lights. Just did all my rear lights this weekend had a couple of connections with a bit of resistance cleaned up the contacts and everrything is good. You should keep your readings as you will go through this process agian with the car. Hope this helps.
Joe

Other than the fuel pump wiring, the diagrams are finished. If you'd like a copy, please PM me your email address.
Since you responded in the positive to Eric's post, I'll assume then that you have the later fusebox with blade style fuses? (as opposed to the early bullet style?)
