Help... Cold Starting Issues...

Ok Fellas, me again. Does anyone know what the trick is to a cold start..?

Car fires up normal when hot - but in the mornings it's a whole different story.
It's fuel Injected and I was told not to press the gas pedal - but it only turns over and over.

Sometimes if I press the gas half way after a while it will start but rough (like it's choking) the only way it seems to start is if I repeat the starting process a second time.

I just want it to fire up like it does when it's Hot!
