suggested product for crack in dash repair

I noticed just today a small (.5") crack just on the edge of the glove compartment. I would like to patch/repair it before it spreads up onto the main part of the dash. Does anyone have a suggestion of a product that is effective for this?

I had mine done proffesionally (Licoln Mark VII-many moons ago). He drilled a small hole at the end of the cracks, to prevent the crack from spreading, then filled it in with super glue, then airbrushed the dark blue color onto to it. I had that car for awhile, never could tell it was repaired, never cracked again.
