New seat covers for Spider '90

Hi,
I'm restoring a '90 Spider, S4, and searching for new seat covers at a realistic price.
I found this site "esportscarparts.com". They have skai and covers and carpeting kits, in several colors but I don't know if I can trust them : they have no mail adress. The price for a set of covers is low ($375) in tan vinyl, and it looks like the originals. Does anyone know this company ?

esportscarparts.com

I tried to find that site and it came up "Error 404 - not found"

did a search for that site and all the search results came up with a reference to Caribou. I thought they had closed. Anyway no web link to them would open.

When did you find that site and seat covers?

I tried this links this morning : http://members.aol.com/SpiderParts/interior.html
It works. Nevertheless I think there's a problem with their site.
Their adress is : Caribou Imports, Inc. 23552 Commerce Center Dr., Suite R Laguna Hills, CA 92653 TEL: (949) 770-3136 FAX: (949) 770-0815
You can try to contact them by phone... I can't do it because my english is bad... wait and see !

Yes, $390 is a good price. They sell too carpeting kits, I'm wondering if I will change mine (some have taken the sun and the price very interesting. I think I will "upgrade" in black colour, the look will be better !

I have a pair for my 87 Quad. There was a recent BB thread on replacement seats, several replies, with good experience.
I have leather, bought them on eBay from worlduph. They were very fair and even exchanged, when I realised I bought grey stitching, they provided the red stitching wit no fuss..

I believe they are direct manufacturer's and you may be able to talk to Mike if you want say, just the seat bottoms.... I noted that the seatcovers are all leather, not with vinyl sides.

I'm sure you can also get material only if you can get a local shop to repair, depends on how bad your seats are.

Best regards, Elio

I asked for a total recovering of my seats and the artisan said "between 500 and 700 euros" that's to say between 660 and 930 usd for the two seats (in vinyl, I don't imagine in leather).
Better to buy new covers !
