Turbina Wheel Center Caps

The B&W center caps on my turbina wheels are all worn off.

1. Where can replacements be obtained.

2. How do you get the old ones out?

3. How do you install new ones?

If your Turbina Wheels are made by Campangnolo, the caps are
available through International auto parts for around $5 each. To
remove the cap from a Campangolo Turbina you will first need to
remove the retaining clip with a suitable flat-head or needle nose
pliers. If the wheels are made by Cromodora, i have no idea.
