i am now going to set up my ams..the car is an 1984 spider. with the var.valve timing thing..so hwo should i set it up? stock? exhaust at 102* any thing here for best cam timing?most power, for stock cams? thanks

Personally, I like stock/factory. Best for the long run and long term value for the car. And stock can be exiting in its own way!!
