Why is the steering binding?

Just about to purchase an 84 Spyder I found. The only problem I have found is a slight binding in the steering on right turns only.
I think this eliminates a steering box problem, or it would bind lock-to-lock. I can't find a bent steering arm, but am thinking that may be the problem. The chassis is very straight, so I don't think I am looking at any past crash damage. The car has been driven very little in the last year, maybe just needs to be exercised?
Any ideas or past experience?

Jack the front end up and try it then. Disconnect the steering arm link and try it, then the same with the link to each wheel and see. Should be able to narrow it down that way.
