Leaking heater core hose

Hey Guys,


Last Thanksgiving weekend I noticed the temp guage was showing very high and I found coolant was leaking from the hose connecting to heater core. Question is how difficult to replace with a new one. Do I have to open the dash to get to the heater core?

It's a real pain, especially in the Spiders with a console. Taking out the heater core is one of those ugly jobs. You'll have to remove it.
