spider top cable, this might help you guys and girls
if you go to a bike shop they have the same cable's but with a hard/flexable covering, no more fraying, and cheeper, ask for road bike brake cables with the teflon covering.

Any ACE Hardware store has the correct sized cable and will crimp a loop in it for you while you wait. As far as fraying, if you tuck the end back in that won't happen.
Excellent points. I am trying to get my top adjusted and replacing a broken cable. I ordered the installation manual for the top from IAP (mostly to fine tune the top to keep water out) but the pictures were too dark to be of any use. I think that they are trying to get in new manuals but in the meantime, does anyone have a manual that could be posted (I don't know if this is copyrighted or not)?
