Window Cranks - what besides IAP fits?

I have a 71 Kamm tail Spider that I've wading into; working on the interior right now....

I have the standard catalog replacement window cranks right now, and they work fine, but my door handles are non-standard and very cool looking. The door handles are not from a Guilia and frankly, I have no idea what they're from but I like them.

They're aluminum rather than chrome and a much older style look than the modern looking window cranks. They're sort of a volcano shape (yeah, but that's the best image I can think of right now) with the lever coming out of one side.

So, rather than replace these pretties with new chrome and black catalog handles, I thought I'd look for older style window cranks. Does anyone know if the splines on the window mechanism are a match with any other makes?
Could I use some cranks off an old Porsche, BMW, or even VW if I find something I like that matches my door levers?

check on Duetto handles, they are interchangeable. I am not sure if the handles were changed with the introduction of the kamm tail, or the 2000 spider. check IAP item 13286-door lever, to see if it matches what you have, they do not list a window lever, but they can be gotten used. I have Duetto levers in my 76 Spider.

Thanks - the door handles I have are indeed Duetto handles; I'd thought that the Duettos used the same door handles as the Guilia I used to own. Now I see that, as usual, I was wrong.

Now I'll start looking for daily driver quality Duetto window cranks.
