How many S4's in NoVA?

Now that I have new rims/tires, spotless boot cover & headrests along with cross drilled and slotted rotors it seems like my Series 4 is turning lots of heads here in Northern Va. Springfield area.

So I was over at a friend's house last night admiring the latest fix (Palomino spray on Headrests) and my friend says, "Yea, its gonna attract attention, there's prolly only 50 in the whole state!" Hmmm.. is he any where near correct with that number? So how many Series 4 (don't know the years for 4) owners are there?

I'll start the count, I have one. Guess are welcome.

Heh... I see a spider about every six weeks or so on my daily work commute from/to Arlington - Herndon. I'd say almost all of them are S3s. Most are basket cases on or near their last owner.

Ironically, someone in my development owned a dark green S4. Parked it out on the street, even. I'd assume the same owner had the Lancia and the 164 parked next to it. The two sedans disappeared many years ago, and the S4 disappeared a year or two ago.

Alfa only sold a few hundred S4 spiders in the US, so there can't be too many in N. VA. That said, there definitely seems to be a stronger presence here than, say, in Arkansas, even though Arkansas had an Alfa dealership for thirty years.

Since you're in Arlington...

I'm loving mine.. Spent the past two years as a garage queen with a sloppy and noisey waterpump, but once I got that squared away about 2 months ago, I upgraded the wheels, and now the rotors. Still it is a fair Weather driver.

Mine's white, and about twenty-five years older, but you can definitely see they're mostly the same car. Well, except there's about 800lbs more of yours . If you're in the neighborhood you'll spot a black Milano on Wilson Blvd most week days between 8:30 and 8:45 am, and then on Clarendon between 4:30 and 4:45.

That looks like a curve on the WO&D I take every other day on my bike. I know it's not, but it looks like it...
