Arrivederci

After 22 and a half enjoyable years I parted ways with my 86 Grad. Never have I had such a reliable car. I found this site after a typical experience with Caribou Imports

I found the members here truely helpful. Though my problems were always minor this site is where I turned for diagnosis and solutions.

On Friday I traded in on an '03 Boxster. Wow what a difference. Appreciate all your help.

Trust me Bill, when you grow tired of excellent German engineering, startling acceleration, excellent ergonomics, decent gas mileage and bullet proof reliability, you will return to the Alfisti fold. It's simply a matter of time.

Bill:

As a person with a foot in both camps ('68 and '84 911), farewell, and welcome!

If you need a new forum fix, have you found Pelican Parts Technical BBS - Powered by vBulletin? I read a few boards, and Pelican probably has the broadest range and most traffic (and they're good to order from).

And I just had an email forwarded to me that had a link to a post here, Porsche Pete's Boxster Board - Message Index. Although I'd not seen the board before, it is Boxster-specific and seems to also have a lot of traffic.
