Water Temperature Sending unit '84 Spider

I have a water temp gauge that is not operating in the dash.(just sitting in 180 position) I understand that one of the first test is to ground the lead from the sending unit , turn the ignition key and see if it pegs meter. Dumb question of the day ...where exactly do I find the water temp sending unit on the engine ? Thanks in advance

Rick
