giulia ti w/ cromodora daytonas

hi,
i have a set of cromodora daytonas that i would like to install in my lowered giulia ti. i would like to get some advice as to what size tire would best fit without any rubbing of the suspension straps and wheel wells. i intend to have the inner fenders rolled but would not go to the extent of pounding them out. i have previously done it before with turbinas and a set of 195/60/14 tires and they work fine but just to make sure, i had a portion of the hub shaved as well that of the turbinas.
i have a set of 195/60/14 pirellis that i intend to install in the daytonas but i'm unsure and hesitant since it might just be a waste.
any ideas??? help!
thanks and happy holidays to you and your love ones!

tires on ti

In my experience you can squeeze 195s into the rear Giulia and Berlina wheelwells with the right offset, but I've seen that 205s will rub. Front steering lock will be compromised a bit too, but you can adjust the stops to keep the tires from hitting the links or inner fenders.

Was wondering

Was wondering how the 195's fit in wheel wells? How much clearance did you have?
Thanks

I haven't tried 195s on a Super, but that size fit OK on the rear of a Berlina with Turbinas. 205s on BWA 6x14 rubbed on the rear of a Berlina I had.

195's

the 195's fit just fine. then again it really depends on the brand you have. some brands, even if the sizes are the same, seem to be wider than others. i was also able to fit a set of turbinasone time, with yokohama 205/60/14's without modifying the inner fender lips & walls.

I had 195s mounted on my Berlina (BWA Sportstars 6x14) and they could just squeeze in. 205s would be too much I'm afraid. Because my old springs were sagging I had rubbing on one rear wheel well with the 195s. I swapped them out to whatever the next size down is (can't remember off the top of my head). Now that I have new springs I could easily go back to 195s.

I have no experience with my Giulia.

giulia super rims

i wish i can get a hold of those compomotive rims (?) those guys in germany are using for the tracks. they look like they're 15x7's but with a front wheel drive offset. with 205x60's or 205x55's, they really fill the fenders!

Smile gulia super rims

the offset problem is a easy one as i said above my car runs 205/40/17 with no problems i recon a 55 series tyre would be fine on a 15inch rim my car is very low do you need to know the required vehical fitment???
