Seat Headrest Removal

I'm trying to install some seat covers for my 69 Berlina but can't get the passenger side headrest off. The drivers iside one just popped out, had to hold in the plastic inserts, but the passenger one goes up to the last click and won't go any further. Before I end up breaking something I thought I'd ask.

I've never owned a 69 Berlina but I'll take a stab at this.
On many European cars, there's a button beneath the upolstery-on the seat back a few inches down from the top of the backrest. Feel carefully, pressing firmly on the rear of the backrest. It's usually just a dimple, un-noticable until you press on it.
Another thing you might try is pushing the headrest toward the front of the car while lifting upward.
Or you could wait till someone who actually owns one-posts how to do it!
