nice cars + nice pictures!

some remarks ; where are all those Berlina's 1750 & 2000 in the States?

To all you US Giulia lovers ; please donot buy to much of those beauties back here in Europe and more in particular in Holland! Otherwise we are left with nothing!

one more reason to buy a Giulia in Europe. you guys are so spoiled since you have the new ones as well as alot more of the older models. we're just trying to even the playing field. i'll be happy to send you all the Spiders you want, we have plenty of them. lol.

Skora Giulia Super

Keeping this thread moving along. Attached is a photo from the early 80s of the Dave & Lorie Skora Giulia Super (mine's right next to it).

The car wears Michelin TRXs mounted on Mustang SVO wheels, which was popular on Alfa's for a short time. Color of the car was the light blue sometimes seen on 1300 TIs. The condition is typical of Giulia sedans back then- sedans were parts-haulers, or on jackstands surrendering their guts to some Duetto or GTV. Glad to see that times have changed!!

Lorie later had fender flairs put on the car, didn't like the result, and had the car sawn up in a fit of fustration...

Lorin now lives in Sac (I met her in the 70s at Riverside) and just recently sold her Giulietta. I bought a bunch of parts from her.

Here's my Berlina Saturday at the AROSC TT school at Streets of Willow.

Here is my '71 Berlina. The digital pictures do it more than justice. There are plenty of dents, rust, funky paint anomolies, etc. But it is a blast to drive. I currently run a 2L with webers but will eventually return a 1750 SPICA motor.

It is my faithful daily driver through the winter and hopefully this summer it can get the rest and restoration it deserves. Right now I am running snow tires and look to help Jeeps that are stuck in the snow

I like the BWAs! I have a set I'm hoping will fit on the Super.

Here it is.
I don't have better pics in size but it is enough to have an idea of the car.
Bending during cornering do not seem to be an issue...

regards
Sébastien

Hi Guy´s

here´s some stuff from northern Germany. It´s my ´72 1300 Super in Faggio with a 1600 engine. Bought it last summer after dreaming 20 years of it. Can´t wait for summer to come...

Ciao, Jan

Sorry at least 2 pictures, have to reduce file size.

OK, so since this is a roll call I snapped a pic last night of the old girl. She is pretty filthy at the moment, but does have a shiny new paint job on the roof and pillars! Just fitted new screen rubbers and a new windscreen. She is a 66 but has a later grille. I just got the earlier grille recently so I will polish it up and fit it. It may be a roughie but I love driving it everyday when I can and doing a driving fixeruper. The wheels will be replaced soon too as I am not a fan of the black.
Has had a hard life in the country but I am slowly prettying it up again.
