What a beauty! That has got to be the best high-school grad present I've ever seen! You've got the coolest parents! I had a '68 mustang convertible in 1980 when I graduated and I did not have the brains at the time to know what I was missing out on. Yes, amazingly these cars can survive neglect and street racing. They are built like tanks but drive like sports cars.

Congrats David Noels, clear, nice well- exposed photos. Lifts the standard of most of the pics on these sites. And what a beauty! makes my Berlina look shabby. (Will post some pics soon- work in progress, of course).

I think David Noels is a professional photographer who took the pics of Roland's white Giulia. (Didn't want anyone thinking I was claiming credit for them in case they didn't read what I wrote). But yes, they are great pics of a great car.

great pics. it's gotta be tough being a Nuova Super. it's like being Maria Grazia Cucinotta's sister. no matter how gorgeous she is, she'll still never be Maria Grazia.

Awesome car! If you go with the interior choice, I know just the guy! It'll look good in a dark red.

More pics: my green 1967 Giulia Super and Luigi's white 1964 column-shift Giulia TI, when it was owned by Damian Magista and I was babysitting it, a couple years ago.

Cool! Was your green 'un from So Cal, at least back in the early-mid 80's?

As promised earlier in this thread, my Berlina 2000 with a Guilia Super1.3 (just visiting for a few very minor repairs). Its the first time i've had a chance to drive a LHD Alfa and must say its a slightly more comfortable position than the RHD version where the pedals are offset to the right, which makes for a lac kof leg room up against the drivers door .

As far as I know my green Super has been in the Bay Area, and more specifically Berkeley, pretty much since new. Bought new, probably at Carl Block in Oakland, by Russell Potts of Berkeley, who also had a GTA. Various owners unknown; the guy before me had it 3-4 years; I bought it in 1997. Maybe an LA period in there, but not that I know of. This green was a very common color on 67 Supers in the US.

Cool seeing a Berlina and a Giulia side-by-side. Two brothers (or sisters) one good one bad comes to mind.
