Looking for plastic veneer for dashboard

I have searched the forum, but probably due to my lack of knowledge of the appropriate terms, i didn't find anything.

I have a Giulia 1300TI that has a radio cutout in the dashboard which I would like to close. Now the 1300TI has "wood" inserts that are not really wood veneer as in the Supers, but plastic sheets printed with wood veneer like design.

Is there any chance to get an original replacement?
