The headlight switch is one of the two on the steering column. The switch closest to the wheel is the turn signal. The one farthest from the wheel is the lights. Rotate 90 degrees for parking lights, another 90 for headlights. Flick up for low beam, down for high beam.
The switches are prone to break and are hard and expensive to find. Perhaps it's broken and all these other switches are to route around it?

Please be patient with all these questions. I'm new to the Alfa scene let alone the classic scene and now my next job is to fully work all the electrical gismos.

Start is the Choke, Accel is a hand throttle.

Ok next prob, I have three wires located next to the battery in the engine bay that are unpluged. One is a green wire coming out from the positive lead of the battery. The other two are red which I guess they are for the horn?
Oh and there is another yellow wire which is coming rfom beneath the radiator and continues coming from the other side?
I need to know what they are for and where to plug them in. Thanks.
If this helps the headlights are not working along with the insde fan. Thanks

Get an owner's manual or shop manual that has the wiring diagram, or maybe someone can scan and send you one.

Guys I need your help, tried to crank her up the other day but the engine fan and motor belt do rotate, but it seems that there is no signs that the engine is going to start. A lot of black suede came out from the silencer! Anyways I can always take it to a mechanic.
So, back to electronics. Horn, fan and front beams do not work. Have a couple of loose wires in the engine bay maybe you skilled Giulia people can tell me what they are and where to hook em up?
Fuse Box
Green wire coming out from the positive battery terminal:
Unknown box having 3 wires hooked to it with a possibility of another one to add. Maybe one wire could be hooked here?:
Yellow wire coming from beneath radiator and a very large cable with a pin like attachment coming from dasboard I Guess:
Cut attachments from dashboard. I'm thinking because of engine replacement. Please give me your opinion:

Jipstar, the wiring has more than likely been changed and chopped around. Given that someone has put an A series engine in it, who's to say what else has been done?
Take the top off the fuse box and see if all the fuses are in situ and functional, then see if like Andrew says, you can get a wiring diagram.
As far as your engine not starting, there are many possible causes and you will need to test for fuel delivery at the carburettor and sparks. Are you intending to put an Alfa Romeo engine back in it?

It's clearly got some BMC electricals (that starter switch on the firewall) to go with the BMC starter. I think you need a general diagnostic ability to be able to sort this out. And some electrical ability, plus a circuit test light, ohmeter, voltmeter, and the like. Very hard to do over the internet.
Basics: compression, fuel, spark, all at the right time, and it ought to run, assuming no major mechanical maladies. The devil is in the details of wiring to the dist and starter, whether the SU is delivering fuel, etc. This is no really an Alfa-specific exercise. Do you generally know what you're doing on trying to get a gasoline engine to run? If so, proceed methodically. They're all basically the same.

Yes, altough the wiring from the dash is genuine Alfa romeo I guess. And can anyone tell me what the box refered above is for? Maybe someone could point out what are these unplugged wires. Or they have been completely changed you guess?

lol, found the problem on the engine. The fuel pump isn't pumping fuel into the lines, howeevr I did fill up the fuel filter and I got to hear the engine for the first time.
So a new fuel pump will do the job. Also, the clutch pedal is not springing back, therefore have to check that as well.

Yes, unfortunately my Alfa Is selling as parts. I've got quoted BIG numbers to restore the car! I discovered various holes on the floor bed, pillars and doors! Tried to sell it but I did not get more than $350 for it! So I parted it out and selling the poor giulia for parts! BTW I've got myself a Mk1 Ford Capri Fastback instead :P!!! Cheers guys.

Hi Jipstar,
Perhaps it's not to late to rethink this. I've looked at your ads and I believe you are going to have a very difficult time selling parts overseas without Paypal. Your statement that you take personal checks may come back to bite you. Most banks charge a very high service fee to cash checks from a foreign country, if they do it at all. Most ebay shoppers don't want to bother with a money transfer, especially to another country with a zero feedback seller.
Also, once you sell a handful of hard to find parts like the dash ashtray and glove box latch your $350 project car becomes a $35 piece of scrap metal. By all means sell the jack to recoup some of your losses (although $170 is a bit ambitious) but keep the other parts with the car and sell it all in one piece. I think it would be a lot less trouble for you and potentially save the car from the metal crusher. You don't have to do a 100 point restoration to put the car back on the road. Have you tried advertising it in Italy?
Good luck with your Capri, I understand that's a pretty nice car.

Well as i said I already dismantled the car and goign to send it off for scrap. I had tried several months to sell it locally to no avail (classic cars do not cost much in Malta YET). Due to the fact that it was transformed to diesel and the car had many rust spots, it was just too much money to keep! Selling it for parts has given me more money than I actually would be getting if I sold the whole car!
Anyways, this is what I got now:
