TO bearing fork springs needed
One thing lead to another and I already have the trans out of my new 2000 Berlina to fix a number of small ills. The TO bearing fork is missing both its springs; the U-shaped one that hold the TO bearing the the fork, and the long thin one that holds the fork to the ball pivot inside the bellhousing.
Anyone have spares of these springs to sell/trade? Centerline didn't have any when I ordered my new TO bearing. Thanks

I'll look and let you know tomorrow. Do you have about 4 of the short acorn style nuts for the turbina mags?

Roger, I found I have some of the flange-less short acorn nuts. They're not concours, but they'll work. Lemme know about the springs. Thanks

Great, I'll take the nuts, as soon as I find the spring, it yours, finding it is the problem. Today has been challenging, I went to install the new windshield in the Berlina and it is incorrect, purchased it from my local supplier who has sourced them in the past. I guess it's my fault?

Windshield
Roger,
Not to hijack the thread, but remember that there are two different windshields for some of the cars, gasket and glue in. The glue in would be larger.........

Hey Roger,
Was your original windshield gasketed or glue-in? Originally it would have been glue-in but it may have been changed at some point in its life. Is it a size issue (glue-in would be a bit larger in each direction) or a contour issue?

Yeah, it's contour issue, its #249 and I need a #302, when I picked it up, it look right, but it way off? Does anyone know what a #249 fits?

No idea what #249 is but you are correct, 302 is for a glue-in Berlina. I've got an NOS 302T (tinted) but I'm on the wrong side of the continent.

Ironic, isn't it? Most of the Berlinas seem to be on this coast and the windshields on your side of the country.
