Hello All...
My Berlina is pictured below: You've probably all seen it before. Just wanted your opinion on the above wheel options...
And if you have any pics of a berlina with any of these wheels please post!

I voted for the GTA reps, but what about the obvious, proper 1750 wheels / hubcaps?

I had BWA Sportstars on my old Berlina and they looked great. They are light and have a nice offset.

I've thought about this - and I do actually have the correct wheels, they're just the wrong colour and with 2000 hubcaps (prev. owner). I've just been considering sharpening up my susp. a little as well, maybe a 1-2" drop and some period alloys would look great, especially in a dark colour.

Yeah, they are similar to the Revolutions except they look a bit more modern whereas the revo's look period.

Pete,
I'm not a fan of dark wheels, but the Superlights do look good with some body colours. I like a more classic look as it doesn't date.
Fashion always goes out of style, but style never goes out of fashion (you can use that if you want ).
What about a silver/grey 105 wheel centre on slightly wider rims ? I've seen a few of these and they look great. What about chroming a set of 105 wheels ?
I see that the Superlights have two different centres. One with 6 spokes, and one with 8. Off the website it looks like the 15" wheels have 8 spokes, probably for strength, though it may be a combo of the diameter and width. The 'busier' look of the 8-spoke suits some cars/colours, but I prefer the 6-spoke I think.
None of this really helps though, does it

beatle...
The superlites id be getting are Australian "Performance wheels" Superlites, which have a design closer to that of the charcoal wheel posted in this thread.
i guess my inspiration for dark wheels was twofold...
Firstly - the steelies on the car currently are dark and I think they look pretty good, esp. with the red.
Secondly - The photo of that red Giulia Super thats on the board somewhere which has 4 spoke revolutions exactly like posted above with the polished lip.... and it looks SMOKING HOT......
yeah, this one

I have Panasport 14" on my Alfetta. I am a big fan of the Panasport/Minilite look. Here is My Fetta. Before and after.

This is the australian Performance Superlite.
14"

15"
I see what u mean beatle - I think the 14 is a much prettier wheel. Looks like that might be the go.
Does everyone reckon 14" will fill the arches enough??

Actually the BWA Sportstars are correct period wheels. There should be a photo somewhere on the BB of my 1750 Berlina w/ the BWAs.

Pete,
You may be able to get the 15" Superlight in 8-spoke, I've no idea. Let me know when you find out.
Your current wheels look like the caps and nuts are all black ?????
If you have polished caps and chrome nuts, a set of chrome trim rings on your present wheels will give you the look you're after until you decide on alloys, particularly from 50 feet away. The rings come in rounded and square profiles and they're pretty cheap. If chrome is too much, you could give them a brushed stainless look by a light rub with scotchbrite or steel wool.

Beatle - the current wheels look a lot darker in the pic than they actually are, they are probably 2 or 3 shades darker than normal. I wouldnt bother with the trim rings, If i decide to bother getting alloys, Ill get them prob in Jan or Feb... If not Ill just order some new 1750 hubcaps and thatll look nice too.
The 15s only come as posted above - I think because in 15 they are more readily used for applications like Mustang/Charger etc etc and that style looks better on those cars.

4 Spoke Revolution
Are 4 spoke Revolution wheels available in 14 x 6 size, 4 x108 bolt pattern, with 30-35mm offset? I haven't been able to find these available from US or UK distributors.

Nope. 'Fetta is 98mm PCD (in both 4 and 5 stud ?). I believe 'Sud is the same as the 4-stud Alfetta (diff offset).
Forgot to add that your Berlina looks bloody fantastic !!! First real pics I've seen of her.
Wanna post some more pics to the Pictures forum ??
