Nostalgia... and reality

Thought I'd share a few photos with you all. I was looking through photos earlier and rac across these. 101/105 PMed me and I figured that I should post here and maybe someone would enjoy them.

The brown GT Junior is Nacho's.

I'll post more news when I have more time... But I do follow the threads here most of the time and it makes me happy.

Serge

P.S. The photo with Nacho's GT-Jr in the rear view is titled "The Chase" (it's not photoshopped)

Thanks. The pics were taken in several places within 10mi of each other. Dardago and Polcenigo mostly. I also have some pics of our trip to Austria... I'll get to those eventually.

Where in NoCal area you? Any meets over the winter or is everything on hold until spring/summer? We're new to this area...

Serge

Beautiful pictures, Serge! Welcome to the SF Bay area. Things slow down in the rainy season. The local club is the Alfa Romeo Association, and the web site is http://www.alfaromeoassociation.org Check out their calendar for events. It's a very welcoming group of folks. Non-members and non-Alfa cars are welcome at their events, by and large. In March, the One Lap of Marin attracts some fabulous cars and everyone seems to have fun. I'm in Silicon Valley (Los Altos). There are sooooo many good roads in this area, but we do need to watch for water running across the road even days after rain.

welcome

hi serge,

welcome to the bay area. as an alfisti, you came to the right place. the bay area is a haven for alfas and other exotic makes so you should have a feast.
there are also a lot of alfa repair shops and parts sources.

in addition to what dan just said, you might want to contact andrew watry. he is in-charge of the berlina registry. he is also in the bb as "andrew."

again, thanks for the nice pics. and hope to see you around! don't hesitate to contact me should you need any help or just to talk alfa!

Man are those pictures nice. You are one good photographer, (it also pays to have a good camera). I will soon be getting the car in a few weeks, but it was nice to see it again and the pictures make it look like it is in good shape. It was also good to see your car again. It is in super awesome shape and I only wish mine was to.
