Looking for Inspiration

Hi folks!

I am in the planning stage for the winter work on my Giulia Super -67.
Have a list but do not know what to start with

My main concern is my brakes, they are locking up in the rear first, I have race fluid, steel brake line Ferodo 3000DS pads. My question is should I only fit a reducer to my rear brakes or should I have a two master cylinder set up so I can adjust the bias between front and rear more easy.
Any sugestions?

Shock absorbers, I think they are from 1988, and the car has been driven hard since, How can I test them? Sometimes I feel like the car is bouncing in a forward motion.

My wiper leavs they resting place in any speed over 120Km/h

Carpets in the car and the trunk

Exhaust system hits the chassie on full trottle

Regards

Fredrik
