Will the column light switch from a 1971 fit a 1973?

Yes, pretty much any 105/115 light switch is interchangeable. The function is the same on all of them.

There are two styles of plastic end fittings (early ones squashed football shape, later ones more rectangular in section), and really late ones have a multi-pin plug for the wires, rather than individual spade fittings going onto a terminal block on the steering column support piece. Wire colors may differ, but just make sure the wire from the particular place on the switch goes to the same connection on the terminal block and you should be OK.

Caveat: at some point (1979 and later?) Spiders got a three-stalk cluster that includes wipers. But all the two-stalk clusters (which includes all GTVs, Giulia sedans, and Berlinas, and Spiders through the changeover year) are functionally the same.
