How to remove Berlina Clock

Hi all- Here goes, first post. I have been Alfa less for almost 3 years and just acquired my first Berlina. It has got something special, an amazing automobile indeed. I have owned an 83 Spider and a 87 Milano but the Berlina has a unique charm. so on to my question:
I have tried to remove the clock but have failed, any suggestions? The Berlina is a 73.
Also, any recommendations on where to get a rear muffler for the car, it's sounds great while going through the gears but I'm afraid I'll lose it if I don't replace it soon.

I recently replaced my entire exhaust system with one from Centerline.
I also had my dash out ( which isn't all that difficult). The clock is held in with a "U" shaped bracket with 2 small hole drilled in it. Studs from the back of the clock protrude through the hole with small nuts. remove the 2 small nuts, the bracket comes out from behind the dash and the clock out the front. Really easy with the dash out

Really difficult with it in.

You should be able to reach underneath the radio area, or from one side or the other, and get the bracket nuts off the clock. Probably they're not more than hand tight. If a radio is installed, removing it can help. If you have an AC unit in there, god help you.

I was able to get to the clock by sliding the radio back. From that space it was a piece of cake! Thanks. Now I'll be looking for a replacement.

Do I know of this car for the Berlina Register (www.berlinaregister.com)? If not, can you send me VIN, color, year, where you live, etc?

This will be a surprise but this is your old Beige 73. I bought it from the last owner as he wanted something more modern to drive. Anyhow a fantastic car.
