eBay 74 Nuova Super 1600
Anyone know of the seller 5031italia who has item 220031951758 up for sale on eBay? It's a very nice looking 74 Nuova Super 1600. Some of the description is a bit funny but the car looks worth a bid. Anyone out there in the NY area who could take a look?

It's been on ebay before and didn't sell. Some of the customizations are maybe not to everyone's taste?

Interesting - that console looks nearly identical to the one on my 1750 Berlina.
Questions of taste and zipties notwithstanding, it looks like a clean car.

It does look clean, but I hate that cheesy stuff. Stickers all over, which can pull up the underlying finish when you remove them, white upholstery, white floor mats, two-tone seats, yellow zip ties, wiring looms and weirdness all over the engine compartment, yuck. I'm sure the owner must be very proud.
The overall car looks very solid, and the basic equipment, ignoring the imbellishments, does look right for a late Giulia/Nuova. They did get the center console, small gauges, floor handbrake, later window and door levers, seat tracks on the floor, and other modernizations that make the interior look more like a Berlina.

He mentioned the previous owner spent over $26,500. how much this guy is expecting to get for it, overall its not a Ferrari...........
If thats the case I should get at least $15000 on mine and believe me I will sell it.

I've been told that this car was selling privately for $17k
I was also told that the seller did indeed spend big money on the work done on the car...
Let's see how far it goes up.

At 14K and climbing it's gone past my budget. Goes any higher and a trip to Italy might be in order.

Alfa Parts in Berkeley says the ricambi originali yellow zip ties for the Nuova Super are NLA. But seriously, it does look like a nice car--good luck to whomever is bidding it up back East!!

Currently (Thurs AM) at $15,950, led by a "bidder" whose feedback score is minus 2.

Bidders seem suspicious.
My bet is auction ends at over 20k and seller backs out.
We'll see this car up there again.
