One Of The Best Berlinas For Sale
I have to face facts here, folks. I brought a 72 Berlina over from Milan a couple of months ago, not sure if I was going to keep it or sell it. The reason I've been indecisive is that I bought the car intending to keep it at my place in Greece. That was before Hurricane Katrina (I'm in New Orleans). Since then, we've given up the Greece place and bought a condo in Philadelphia to get away from Katrina No. 2. So I had to choice but to bring the car over here, where I've already got 3 cars. The old story, not enough time to drive them all.
The car is all original, just beautiful. It's blue, with the oddest flesh-colored fabric over the seats, a thin cloth. Has the equivalent of about 38,000 miles, tho the odometer is in kilometers. Everything works but the clock, all electricals in good shape. I had a turn signal switch replaced over here. My mechanic can vouch for the condition of the car.
The interior is excellent. There is one small dash crack from the sun. The exterior is about perfect. Not a hint of rust anywhere. Original radio. The tires are new. The engine is dry and clean. It burns no oil. The suspension rubber is excellent. The car needs nothing.
I'm going to put it on Ebay in a few days with a $12,000 reserve, but I wanted to give you all a heads up. I'm going to post some photos as soon as it stops raining over here and I can take proper photos. My name is Bill Grady. My phone number is 504-491-2400.
