But I see your cars listed Jeff. and are you the one who had/has some 008s for sale?
I was the 1st to email you. from the Alfa BB. ( I got lucky for once on a poasting with in i min of post) I could not pick up quickly because I lived about 400miles N.
I sent you some photos of my cars like yours.
I was waiting for your email back to see how to do payment . I emailed a few times the next few days.
I never heard back? Are you the same person? if so
I still want them. Unless your using them. I think thay will fit your 356 also.
Now I see where you may have used them on the Super car. Thats where I used them on my Super.
Super tiers for Super Cars!!!

I trully never heard back from you. You may think I am somebody else. But it wasnt me.
I sent you the photos you where going to check out shipping. even though you said Pick up only. you also said you would check out shipping as I was in no rush. Then I never heard from you all with in 5 min of the add.
If the other guy wants to sell them. please have him post them on this BB and or forward my info if you still have it.
Why leave after your super is sold? YOu may Miss having one some day.
If the price is OBO you will sell it. But on the other hand if its still16-17K + it will be nice seeing you around and hearing any Super stories thay you and your car come up with.
The longer you own it the more your love it!!!!
But as I aways say. On some things you cant pay to much you just bought to soon.
Take it down to the Historics if It will sell for that $ it will be in Aug @ the Shows /Races.

Paint is such a minor consideration with this car. All the hard stuff has already been done and honestly, paint don't make it go faster or stop better. If I had the cash I'd buy it in an instant.

I agree all the hard stuff is done too..
Even with what some folks naged about the paint.
I think if it had just alittle TLC detailing it would come up nice.
For all the work done to it. under hood should be cleaned up. so easy and Fun to do. and for this price it needs just TLC. Hood trunk under carrage etc. and I hope its got a Posi for this price and rear sway bar installed as thay did not have them for new. But with out it ( even though us in the know. Know)
I am truly appreciative for the good work thats gone into her, and I can understand their optimism after paying out all the $$ for some one to do the work
. . . but seriously, guys for 17K it needs more detail or loved look, under the hood and other areas.
But as I said . You never pay to much If its a good thing. You just buy to soon....

have you seen the finished Supers thay have sold in the last years. there still under GT V/jr s arent thay or am I behind the market? I will check my market letters unless you guys post them.
I know people ask what ever thay want for them and thay should becasuse there nice cars . There is one for sale a No cal. club guy was talking about sometime back for sale I think for 20,000 US somewhere down southern Calif, But that car had dents and scrapes on it. I still never found out whos that was. Maybe Andrew will know.
He said it was a nice car but it was not up top the price range at all. and that one had no posi! At lest this one seems to be sorted out with a proper rear end for its new chassie and motor. So if that one sold for 20K then Jeff is worth at lest that!. and I may even put mine up for sale at these prices.
Mike Valants Super sold for a lot less and its a super super.
All In all I hope Alfas keep going up. Or other go down.
I love this super. The owner needs to put it up in Monetray this year if he has to sell it.
Just PLEASE OWner tell the new owner about Andrew web site and this one. so we know how she is doing the rest of her life.

Why would I buy your car. I have a SCCA Champ Super68-72 and NCCIC-89-90.
But now I will tell you. Your car is OVER priced @ 17K Big time! Untell you do some detailing.You cant just trough $$ at it.Or in this case it needs just a bit More $$ to finish it. You have to get in there. It has not sold and I know of 3 other Supers in last few weeks that have sold. "I Said for this cash where you should take it". Most good Alfa folks thank each other. Look at my posts I never have had BS like this ! This is Kid stuff Dude, BMW BB crap! Be honest and self respecting and you will have no problems on this BB.

I know you are not going to buy my car. That's why you should keep your comments to yourself. Don't dis the value of anyone's car. It just drags the value of all the ones around it down. If my car is not worth $17,000 then what does that do to the poor guy that has $50,000 into his Giulia Super 100 point restoration. What is his car worth $20,000? Let the buyers decide. You are not a buyer!

As the owners of these cars, it's our obligation to do our best to put the best parts in them and maintain the breed. Our reward should be higher and higher selling prices for cars where the owner follows this priciple. Instead, you come along, question the value of my car. Who made you king?

Like I said, keep your opinion to yourself. Do the Alfa coummunity a favor. Love it or hate it, that's the way it is.

I buy and build a lot of cars as some of you know. This retailer is putting bad stuff out there with his remarks and closed mind. I should not feel this way Its not the cars fault. But I would not buy from him he seems like a turn over guy. Not true car guy. I hope he proves me wrong.
If its nice I will remove my post and hopefully have a new car friend . If its crap Hes History and I will not post to him!

Passion. Car guys are passionate. Passion got a hold of me. Do I want to sell the Super? The answer is no. Two race car projects are forcing the sale of my car. One is an Alfa.

Sorry if passion clouded my posting, but I really love the Super and sadly it must go. I drove it today. I drove it yesterday. In fact, it's my vehicle of choice. It's a very entertaining drive.

I believe in what I preach. Put the best parts on your car. Don't care that it costs to ton to do it right. If you can, paint it (seems to make a difference). Drive the piss out of your Alfa and ask big bucks when it's time to sell. They are worth every penny. It makes me giggle everytime I start it up!
