Updated Berlina Giulia Register web page

I made some updates to the Berlina Register web page (www.berlinaregister.com), including:
* posting Newsletter 21 (Nov. 2005)
* updating the Berlina register excel sheet at long last
* adding a note that it's now the Giulia Sedan Register page too
* adding a Giulia sedan registration form
* adding the North American Giulia register excel sheet

How about adding a link to AlfaBB.com into your links list?

On the list of to-dos. Someone else, much web-savvier than me, created the link list long ago and I've never touched it since. Probably many are out of date. It's a good suggestion though, which I'll do next update.
