Knochenheck?

Hi all, while trolling Euro sites I see the term "knochenheck" used for some Supers out of Germany. Babelfish tells me this means "bone tail," which I find unhelpful. Anyone (Roland?) know what it refers to when describing a Super?
Thanks

Heck means "tail," not sure what knochen means. Maybe some derivation of Kamm tail or square tail?

knochen means "bone" My rudimentary Word translator says Heck, in motoring, means "rear," so this must be some description of the rear of the car, but they are all Kamm tails (unless there is a roundtail Super I've never heard of (ooo what would that look like photoshoppers?)), so why would only some be described that way? And why "bone"?

This refers to the original Giulia Berlina trunk lid which from the rear looks shaped like a bone vs. the Nuova Super trunk lid that did no longer have the indentation in the middle and was more similar to the 1750/2000 Berlina.

Thanks! So basically, it's a non-Nuova Super?

Theoretically. However, quite a few Nuovas were converted to the earlier trunk lid, front grille and bumpers.
