I found this Romeo ambulance around the web. Has an unusually high roof for a ambulance. From movie "Teorema".



In the background, after the glass door, I seem to see a prancing horse symbol of Ferrari.

Here is a response from a friend of mine, historic White Cross of Milan.

"Yes, it is very particular. I remember the version of the machine 1,
what had once been awarded the Fair of Turin in the years
'60. Unfortunately we do not have a photographic record if not
especially the passenger cabin with the door open, visible in
photos shown in home.
