Please Help Identify This

Photo recently taken on the street.

Does anyone care to assist in identifying the car?

This is a nice 1900 C Super Sprint "Zagato" bodied Alfa Romeo, the so-called SSZ.

The photo was recently taken in Tokyo's Ginza by an American gentleman.

Weird - I was just looking through an old Japanese Alfa magazine last night that a friend gave me while traveling there. This same car was pictured attending some sort of club meet/concours and I was drooling over it in pictures. I can't believe the guy drives it around Tokyo - that's brave!
