Erwin has just flown out to the States so you may not get a reply from him for a bit. We are meeting up in San Francisco next weekend actually.... which is a bit random! Its a 3.5 litre Milano, stripped out with a cage and trick suspension .... sounds out of this world! Erwin is a pretty serious driver (Dutch National Gearbox Kart racer) so we had a few great battles together round the Ring, so much fun racing against someone you trust and a place like the Ring!!!!!!

Yeah, Zamani - you're thinking of the 3.5 12 valve demo car - it has the same (or similar) wheels, but Ron killed the Savali motor eventually! That was a great car! (Awaiting a 3.6 24 valve from Glenwood going in later this year when he has time - motor is already there...)
Hi Erwin!
Don't you just LOVE the Ring!? (I'll be there again later this year - wanted to go this weekend for the Old Timer Grand Prix! Interesting car - I like the dual exhausts and the cooling ducts on the sides (presumable for the rear brakes...?)
Post a thread on the Milano/75 forum with some more pics please!
Max, (JvR here - we met last year with Ron out at Spa during the RMA day there...) When are you guys in San Fran? Any social dates/venues/drinks...?

I think it's about time Max you make a good video of the replica showing its teeth with most scenes shot out of the car like the chinese guy gta video-beautifully shot.

GTV Gr,
thats a freaking great idea......a good 6 minutes of professional footage done in the style of the Ari Vatanen Pikes Peak video.
Id start every morning with a fix.

Dear Alfisti,
Here are some videos that have been posted on the internet from the Alfaholics weekend at the Nurburgring:
- This clip was taken from the side of the track. The second shot shows Max Banks flying past at a staggering pace. Rumour has it that he has b@!!$ the size of water melons which gets in the way of him touching the brakes. I believe it :0

- Here are some in-car clips on various sections of the Nurburgring. The footage is a little bumpy because my passenger was holding the camera in his hand. Needless to say I drive like a granny compared to Max, Erwin and co. so I add my vote to GTV-GR's for them to release some in car footage that their passengers took over the weekend.

I hope you all enjoy :-)

I have seen the video with Max, and there were many in car videos of other cars also (liked the white gta too) but thing is this car deserves out of car shots of it screaming. I really like the chinese guy's video of the gta the best i've seen until now - passion-drama- very cool. The gta actually chases the camera , i'm sure he wasn't going very fast as what he was going for was to show off. In car camera videos are boring. I'd go for a chase view of the camera with the sound turned full on catching all those tire screams and the engine's pissed of sound. A Mechanical Porn movie.
Who's the chinese guy?? Anybody knows him?

My video is an in-car video with a bullet (pencil) camera strapped to the rollcage, you get all the snarling inlet noise and tyre screaming.... on a mini t.v it looked great.... just waiting for the full DVD version!
