GTV116, the last two pictures are actually from the race in Rodos island, same cars from a different angle, car #1 was driven by "Mavros" and car #6 by Lakis Fotiadis, the cars are exiting the gate Arsenale to the harbour.
Sadly car #1 driven by "Mavros" would hit the walls of the castle while trying to pass a backmarker and would take the life of the driver.
Car #6 was a GTAm, some say it still exists today, personally I have yet to confirm it, car #1 was a GTA 1600 with the mechanicals of a GTAm (engine, suspension) after the accident that cost the life of its driver, was taken back to Athens by Lakis Fotiadis who was devastated by the tragic loss of "Mavros" and put also an end to the life of the car, destroying it with dynamite.
Takis.

Thanks for the correction Taki.We are talking then about the race of October the 3rd 1971.
I post once more the car No1 of Mavros, right after the tragic accident.

PS.Is No6 GTAM of Fotiades the same car that lies rusty at Moschous' Alfa dealership?

GTV116 have you seen the #6 GTAm, do you know the chassis number?
I have also heard about the GTAm at Moschous, but we need to confirm.
Perhaps we should make contact with Lakis Fotiadis I think he is the one he could enlighten our view front those days.
Takis.
