Alfa TZ pics
One of my favorite Alfas. Pics were taken at Continental Motors in Hisdale, Il. This car will probably be available for the 2008 AROC Convention in Chicago.

Say, I really like the yellow color of the 71 1750 at the top of the post. Is this the same as the original or have you brightened it up a bit? I have a 69 1300 Jr in ochre, but it seems a bit more of a mustard color. I'm going to retain the overall color scheme, but would like to know if you have a paint number for the color you show here.

See "hagin111" Ocra GTV on page #4, it's beautiful. My 1750 was originally Ocra, it is presently a Ferrari Fly Yellow. As I said in an earlier post, if I had to do it again, I would love to have an Ocra 1750 - just like the factory brochure.
If you decide to go with the fly yellow, I'll tell you a story on how we arrived at this particular shade of yellow.

Maybe so, but since my Junior will never see a 100% original restoration or begin to compete with the pristine condition of these cars, I'm going to play with it. I think I'll finish it in a rallye style, rallye lights, sponsor stickers, and racing numbers. What the hell, I might even have a little fun running some of the hundreds of miles of wide open gravel mountain and prairie roads in Montana. Besides, cops don't spend a lot of time on the backroads. If I get stopped, I'll just ask where I got off track.

200 HP Black GTV
This is my good friend Tony Cavaliere's car. This is what has been posted on Tony's car:
The car was built by Chrysler 300 lead designer Ralph Gilles.
The car has been modified with a later model 2000 engine. it features an electronic fuel injection system and a Tec 2 (electromotive) engine management, with individual 45mm throttle bodies. 13-1 compression, with a big valve head, lightened crank, Carillo rods, aluminum flywheel, high performance cams, headers and a custom 2.5inch exhaust. It has Koni sport dampers with IAP springs, swaybars and suspension components. A custom, 4 piston 12inch front brake conversion from Jim Steck. Custom body work including; flared rear wheel arches, recessed license plate, shaved side markers, de-seamed fender to nose joint, custom black paint, relocated fuel filler covered with a Ferrari 250 GT style filler cap and 16 inch wheels, The interior has red competition Sparco racing seats, a roll bar, and a custom red/black door trim panel. The interior also feature a full set of gauges including egt, air fuel, oil temp and pressure ect...
It will do 0-60 in 5.9 and has 160hp at the rear wheels. The car can be used on the street or track.

Thanks for the pictures Carm!
My 4 year old son couldn't wait to be able to go "racing with daddy" so I took him out for noontime touring. Somewhere between the 331 V-8 with straight pipes @ 6500rpm and 1.02g in the turns he fell asleep on the track
I came to my senses and got myself the Red gtv above.
Here is me @ Mid-Ohio
