I sense a "yellow theme" going on here, so I'll chime in.

Yellow Mellow
I Think the alfa looks really good in that colour and wheels conbination.
Pity about the front side lights.Surely a couple of lights with a shape that
matches the front valance will make the car look even better.Nice cars.

Yellow Mellow
Hello Chi si dici,
I had that problem with my 1750 gt a few years ago.We made up fibre
glass quarter bumpers, using the alfa bumper for the mould. The factory
sidelights/indicators where than fitted in the original place.Or you could
try fitting ford escort lotus quarter bumpers.I intend to try fitting these
to a 1300gt junior, even though i dont have a problem with the lights.

Nice line-up! I'm guessing you know the owners of the DeTomaso and Merak (I think.....or Bora? I can't really see)?

The Merak belongs to my "compare" (Carlo Vaniglia), who is also the owner on Modena Autobody. He has done all the body restoration on my Alfas, the DeTomaso is also a friends car. All the cars you see are in the Chicagoland area, where we will be hosting the 2008 Alfa Romeo National Convention. Philly isn't that far of a drive, that's if you'll be driving an Alfa.

That is tempting......might be worth it just to see your cars alone!
And that parking lot is virtually paradise!!
Is that Modena AutoBody as well??

Your GTV is beautiful. Looks like the original "Ocra", which was also the original color of my 1750 GTV. Fouteen years ago, I was one of the first to use the "Fly Yellow" on a GTV. Today, I find the "Ocra" yellow very handsome.
In regards to the parking lot (echo leader),that's over at my friend Giovanni of Autosprint. Giovanni is probably one of the best Ferrari doctors in the country. I'll post pictures of cars in his shop again (just like the four yellow cars).

It's indeed the 'Ocra' colour - however as I know not original on a stepnose GT(V). My car came as white - and it was the previous owner who did a bare metal restauration and who painted it 'Ocra'. Reason I bought it is because I like the colour a lot and that the owner sticked to the pricinple that not everything needed to be original...the car came with Campagnolo GTA wheels (very light!) & GTA doorhandles...
