My 1964 Giulia Spider
Here are some pictures of my 1964 Giulia Spider that I keep talking about. It is a very original, nrestored example. The eyebrows are in the trunk, they have never been on the car as long as we've owned it. My dad purchased it in December 1984 and used it as his daily driver until 1992. This was the first time I uncovered it in a long time. I decided to try and start it for the first time in 2 - 3 years, to my surprise it started first kick with a new battery and ran just fine!

Awesome Giulia Spider Anthony! I finally get to see her.
Will this be your new daily driver once the Junior is gone?

Ya that car brings back many memories. I remeber being just 4 years old when my dad would take Anthony and I to Willow Springs in the spider. Anthony and I were so small we both fit in the front seat. Good times!

yeah, its an old 190 convertible with a hard top. the only reason its in the shop is because the owner also has a milano. if a customer also has a non italian car, we'll fix it if they ask us.

This car always seems to amaze me. It's been sitting for 6 years. Today, I hooked up a battery charger and went through the whole car. Once everything was ready, I turned the key and it fired right up. My project tomorrow is to get it out so I can go on an early evening drive

No I don't have better pics. That is not a stripe on the side, it's a vintage Pepsi sign.

The time has arrived to bring this car back to life. I've decided to preserve and not restore it (for now). The plan is to rebuild the brakes, suspension, motor, gearbox, install the toneau cover thats been in the trunk for 20 years, and get new tires mounted. The interior and exterior will just get detailed to as best as can be. I have the eyebrows in the trunk so those will go back on as well. I won't start on it until sometime after the holidays, but have already started putting together my wish list from Centerline Alfa. Does anyone out there have Centerline Springs and front sway bar on their cars?
