Seeing that this is probably the only webpage on the entire Internet I haven't spammed with pictures of my car, I'll post one

Even got a girl on it as well.

My Giardinetta

Here are some pics of my Giardinetta, under (constant) restoration since 2001.

Full bare metal resto, with some added goodies.

The car was pretty far gone when I bought it from a scrapyard, so I knew an original resto job would be difficult. Instead I opted to use the best parts I could find and build a custom Sud.

Motor :
I started wih a scrapped 1.5 Veloce motor.
Autodelta cams
Ported, skimmed and gasflowed heads
Plenty high performance parts and modifications

Suspension
Changed to Alfa 33 outboard discs, with 33 rear axle (so now I have a working handbrake
Eibach springs (but I reverted to Sprint springs due to a much too low ride height)

Body
Sud mk 3 bumpers (colour coded)
Sud Ti headlights

Interior
Recaro type seats
Soon to come - mint Sud mk3 Dash

Your Mum's car? I think this requires more explanation and pics. It looks hot.

Yep its my mum supersprint car.

The car is a 1977 4 door alfasud L which we have been developing over the last few years.

Engine: 2 yearold 1600 with standard webbers and the 105hp cam, mild exhaust but a bigger one is on the list of to do's.

Suspension: front, koni yellows in 33 struts with lowered 400lb springs and a 18mm ARB, with ventilated 33 disks and calipers. Rear koni yellows again on a 33 axle for the handbrake, with 200 odd lb springs.

Tyres: Yokohama roadies on Sud series 1 steelies and Yokohama r-spec track tyres too on teledials.

Interior: Toyota sprinter seats, 3 point harness. replaced head liner, replaced un-cracked dash newer carpet from a 33 i think. recovered rear vinyl seat.

Exterior: Original colour. rear duck tail spoiler, and front series 1 ti spoiler.

hope that helps.
