Here's a quick and messy photoshop attempt at what my 81 Sportiva was going to look like with a bit of time and effort.
Unfortunately, Ive got 4 cars now so Ive decided to let her go and concentrate on the 105.

Not that I've seen - if you find more - post them. I think it's interesting that the car is a series 2 sedan, but they went with the series one taillights and bumpers...
