De nada

If you need some more pictures , don't be afraid to ask . From next sunday on , we 'll make almost every weekend nice trips with our " White widow" , so there are possibilities enough to make some pics .

I'll put the links to the albums in the picture room anyway ...

Duetto red seat covers

Hi and thanks! Yes, I bought a set from OKParts that were much darker than the door panels that they supplied. Sent them back and ordered another set from Alfaholics, who claimed that they were an exact match for the door panels. These too were the same dark red color. I may try Highwood, but I fear the result will be the same. Seems that the door panels are all made by the same company, and the seat covers are made by a different company.
I may have to dye the new covers to match the door panels!!

Looks to me like you have '67 door panels and '69 seat covers. The red used in '69 is much darker and grainier. BTW, I got dark red door panels for our '69 from 'Melaniaone' on Ebay. They are a perfect match to the seats.

I really don't know if they are available . We made ours ourselves

We dyed the panels and the seats with this :

Color code sp-947 red satin

After a year it still looks good and we drive about 5000 km a year with the Spider .

Yes, I dyed a pair of fiat door panels with 'SIM' brand spray dye and the look was perfect. I was hoping not to dye the seats as they suffer so much more wear.

Don't worry about the seats . Ours still look great even after a lot of "suffering" . I'll try to make a picture this weekend to prove it .

Wink Hey, that Duetto looks familiar!

And the owners! Hello Kristal and Manu!
Very nice memories of meeting you and Roland on our visit to Holland.
As you can see, my Duetto turned out almost as nice as yours.
Thanks for your warm hospitality!

Groetjes,
Randy & Susie
