Just finished this on my 88 Quad.

My Red 91 is also set up like this, and she is going in to get sprayed this color (DuPont Red Baron Red) to match.

Valve cover and Plenum Powdercoated courtesy of RW Little in San Diego.

Complete 91 Spider color change to Red Baron Red (coming soon) courtesy of Carlos Vera, owner/operator of Auto Excel Painting in Romona ('burb of SD). The BEST I have ever seen! He 4 staged my black 88 from primer to current gloss (4 coats of clear) to damn near perfection - and as we all know black is a hard color to shoot. R&R'd everything without missing a step.

If you are near SD, you'd be a fool NOT to at least look him up. He may even show you his project Lamborghini if you ask.

More pices to come on the 91 - pics will be taken throughout her journey.
Her interior transformation is sheduled in a few months. She will ALSO be getting LSD's as soon as I find the hinges, and will be sporting a SAS (speed-activated spoiler) just as soon as I figure out spacing issues.

Glad the bb is back up.

JFK

PS
Thanks for all the kind words with regards to my Silver 91 Spider when I had it up on MyAlfa a few months back - she went for the original asking price and now resides in the Garden State of NJ and is enjoying the "shores".

Thanks.

JFK

Cheaters, all of you!

I guess I'm just jealous that you don't need crome polish.
