Had my Verde 7 months and loving it. This is my latest every day driver, and is a great car. Motor is fresh A/C is cold and vibration is tolerable.
( It doesn't vibrate over 90. )
Thought it was drive train but the previous owner replaced everything related and it still vibrates. I on replaced front donut and it was about the same. Next I plan on replacing and upgrading the bushings on the rear end watts link. At that time I will inspect tranny bushings as i really feel the issue is rear end related. The last two owners complained there was a vibration, and in 12 years of owning this car couldn't find the problem. I really don't want to pull it apart until I need a clutch, but could it be a fly wheel / pressure plate ?
I live in South Florida not Arizona. Day to day driving means exposure to salt and sun. The tourist texting mom on I- 95 scares me a lot more. I agree the beach isn't ideal but my car isn't a trailer queen, BTW - this car is pretty much rust free.
