paint always looks better in pics than reality, paint is good in the sense theres no rust, but it has a few scrapes here and there and a funny burn mark on the sunroof...maybe from bird poop? Also, at some point the hood was resrayed, but it was a really crappy job. Mechanically its pretty good, runs a little rough at idle, I think its something to do with idle valve. It has new fuel pressure regulator, new brakes(cross drilled brembo in front), rebuilt injectors, new battery, new tires. Its in pretty good shape. But I am still not sure if Im going to keep it. I havent had to deal with old car issues for almost 10 years...I dont know if I have the guts for it anymore.

That is a sweet car. Makes me want one!
I think I just want one of each, every time I see a different model.

Just drove his car, what a sweet driving car, now i know how a well maintained S is supposed to drive like. After driving several 164's, i know why people love them so much and those recaro seats are to die for.
A real class act of a car.........

Exhaust is custom from previous owner, I want to put back the factory system.
Pedals are some cheap junk the previous owner slapped on there...I wanted to take them off but Im missing the rubber pads on clutch and brake.

I think it sucks. I hate it. It's ugly and I bet the seats feel like bricks. Just kidding, I'm just jealous. Che bellezza!!! Really an awesome car, I just can't believe you'd consider getting rid of her so soon. I wish there was one available around here. A former friend has a tired old 164 without any of the upgrades, but that's about it for this Alfa wasteland I call home.
