Got Me A 1992 164 S
It's a nice car. It currently has 144K miles. The customer I got it from recently had a new radiator put in and all new air conditioning system (freon, R134 update, compressor, stepper motor). It's a nice car. I had a base model once, but this car is a lot different. The only thing that needs attention are the window regulators, but the car came with new ones. I just need to find time to install them. The rear seats are like new. Front seats show use, but are not torn or beat up too bad. It also has a Squadra Chip. How much HP and torque increase does the Squarda Chip give?

164 FAMILY
The car is not for sale. I bought it because diesel for my truck averages $3.10 a gallon right now. For now the truck is going to be used for towing the race cars around only.
ALFAFAMILY
It's original paint.

Anthony,
What kind of gas mileage does a 164 get? I've often wondered about getting a 164 as my daily driver when the lease is up on my Audi. Regular gas hit 102.9 a liter in Toronto this week.

I get about 23-24 in the city and 30 on long trips... The B's and L's probably get a little better mileage, but not by very much at all.

B and L's do have taller gearing, but the S has higher compression. Should be about the same mileage for all versions. Enjoy your car!

Right now it has stock 15x6 wheels and 205/60 tires. I am not sure how long I will keep this car so I don't want to start putting money into it. I just started driving it today so I will see how gas milage is in the coming weeks.
