I think alfa was one of the first to do that
or maybe it was the he/she gearboxes...

The sequential 'box is called Selespeed and its soo much fun to use. Thanks for the comments... You guys in The 'States are really missing out... The Alfa revival started with the 156 and is just getting better and better. If you haven't seen a new Alfa GT in real life, I suggest you take a holiday to Europe... they're incredible.
I wonder what a 156 would look like on US roads? It would probably look tiny and delicate compared to all those huge SUVs you guys have got there...

YES!! Alfa has kept with their confusing door handles! (i have a lot of fun watching people open my milano )

No one ever had problems with my Milano... I just couldn't even find the door handles on our friend's here 156! Very Cool... and clean! I really like they way alfa put in the vintage cut-out around the grill as well... reminicent of the old grand prix cars.

The rear door handles on the 156 confuse everyone...
Does anyone with a 1750 GTV think the centre console on the 156 looks familiar? I was suprised at how it resembles the 1750 interior without looking 'retro' like a PT Cruiser or new Mustang...
