Could be my cheap camera, or maybe your monitor, but that's AR514 Rosso. Anyway, thanks for the compliment. The low-res pic hides lots of flaws, too.

Tower Paint will custom fill 16 oz. spray cans, either matched to a sample you submit or a color code. I got together a group from the Alfa Digest and ordered ~16 cans of Spica Gray for us, so there should be some nice looking airboxes besides mine. The paint and the spray cans are really top-quality, and while you wouldn't want to paint an entire car that way, you could probably redo an engine bay, or a set of wheels. Here's their URL:

Dean

Great Spider, Dean - I agree with you on the Cromodoras - I am looking for some for my GTJunior, unless I settle for GTAs instead

Beautiful Spider. I usually don't go for non-stock mods, but this one is so tastefully done I really like it. The yellow really stands out and the panasports give it the competition look. A great thing about Pinninfarina's design is that it still looks modern after almost 40 years. And "they" said the design was a cheap gimmick back in the 60's!
With that spoiler, I'll bet you back into parking spots!

Dean and Kelly's Spiders make me wish I had chrome bumpers. Dam rubber crappers on mine. Seriously though, those are two very nice rides. Great Job to you both!
Best Regards,
John M

Hey, Kelley:
You should show your car in the Italian Concours d'Elegance the 31st of August. I've been contacted by the organizers, and they'll give a $10 discount off the $35 entry fee for all applications that come thru the club, but the deadline is 1 week before the event. Let me know if you're interested...Any other nice Seattle area Alfas are invited also, so if you have one or know of one, or are interested yourself, please let me know ASAP. They had 13 Alfas last year, and are hoping for 20 this year. It's a pretty nice venue, right on the Pier at Elliott bay, with Italian cars, motorcycles, bicycles, Opera, the whole bit.
See ya,
Pat Hood

Yowza!!!!
Kelly,
I must say your 73' spider is a stunning work of Alfa art. I too have a spider of that vintage, and I like very much what you have done to yours. How long did it take you to restore this yellow beauty? Also Besides its physical appearance, have you made any other upgrades? If you have more photos I think you should post them, as I would be interested in seeing what it looks like under the hood as well as from the driver's seat. Bravo 10,000 times over for your wonderful restoration.
Ciao Ciao
Martin.

OK, OK, I know what you're going to say, at least you have an Alfa engine to cry over.
